FAQ
For the best results, please send uncompressed, individual tracks (stems) with a sample rate of 44.1kHz or higher and a bit depth of 24-bit. It is crucial that all of your files are exported with a consistent start point from the very beginning of your session, ensuring they all align perfectly when imported into our system.
How many revisions are included in the price?
Our service includes up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product. Revisions are for minor adjustments to the mix, such as slight level changes or EQ tweaks. They do not cover major changes to the song’s arrangement or a complete remix from scratch.
What will I receive at the end of our work together?
After the mixing and mastering process is complete, you will receive a folder of final deliverables. This typically includes a high-resolution 24-bit WAV file suitable for digital distribution, as well as an MP3 file for sharing. Upon request, we can also provide additional versions like an instrumental, a radio edit, or an acapella at no extra charge.
Do you offer stem mastering?
While our standard service is full mix and master, we can accommodate stem mastering for projects that require it. This process gives our engineers more control over individual instrument groups (like drums, bass, or vocals) in the mastering stage. Please contact us directly to discuss if this is the right option for your project.
